Our policies reflect realistic roadmaps for action on initiatives that SBPs can advocate for based on thorough research. While not exhaustive, they are designed to address the diverse needs of our student body, with the guidance of two DEI Policy Directors and several DEI advisors.

 

We are committed to advancing advocacy for DEI in admissions and campus-wide policies. We recognize the importance of addressing these principles in light of the significant administrative changes to DEI policies at UNC-Chapel Hill and their impact on minority groups across campus.
